First Sentence Fridays and FREE BOOK Friday!

We are truly on the downhill stretch for First Sentence Fridays – Chapter 30 this week!

I am probably repeating myself, but, Chapter 37’s first sentence, (final chapter) won’t be shared. It gives away too much, and I always keep these spoiler free. This means, I will skip the December 24th post, do a final post for First Sentence Friday on January 21st, four days before the book goes ON SALE!

Even typing that seems surreal! ????

Rae Lynn has much to hide. Cornelia knows why she’s skittish, why she acts like she does at times, close-mouthed, and nervous. What Rae Lynn has been through also makes her a suspicious sort. Even when she trusts someone, she tends to overreact to what others might see as a simple request, but she perceives it as a threat. Her behavior makes her stand-offish, but she has plenty of good reasons to be this way.
